Powerful water jets for efficient spraying

Our jet heads are used for loosening and fluidizing material in front of the suction nozzle. They are designed for high pressure and uniform distribution of the jet stream, so that the material loosens with minimal resistance and the pump load is reduced. The internal geometry and nozzles ensure a powerful, even jet — ideal for sand, clay, or mixed material.

Our winches are used for positioning, lifting, or steering equipment such as pipes, ladders, or other moving parts. They are designed for continuous use in harsh conditions, with stable pulling force and precise control. The construction is suitable for high dynamic loads, vibrations, and corrosive environments.

Our inspection pieces provide direct access to critical parts of the piping or pump circuit. They are designed for systems with high abrasion and pressure, allowing inspection, wear checks, or obstruction removal to be carried out quickly without complete disassembly. The construction is heavy-duty, with a reliable seal that remains tight even with slurry and high pressure.

Reliable sealing for abrasive slurry

Our gate valves are used in slurry and water pipelines where high abrasion, contamination, and pressure variations occur. The gate moves linearly through the medium and completely shuts off the flow without jamming, even when the system transports sand, gravel, or fibrous material. Thanks to their robust design, the valves continue to function reliably in continuous operation and under heavy mechanical loads.

Wear-resistant nozzles for every dredging application

Our nozzles deliver a stable, focused jet stream for every dredging application. The interior is lined with wear-resistant polyurethane (PU), which greatly reduces erosion and keeps the flow constant for longer, even under high abrasion. We supply nozzles in various diameters and designs, suitable for hopper dredgers and suction dredgers, among others, and have the most commonly used sizes in stock as standard.

Wear-resistant pipelines for continuous slurry transport

Our piping forms the main transport line for slurry and process water within dredging installations. The pipe sections, bends, and transition pieces are designed for high abrasion from sand, gravel, and shell material and remain stable at high pump pressures and vibrations. Thanks to the precise fit and welded or flanged connections, the system connects seamlessly to existing or new configurations in both dredging and industrial applications.
