With more than 10 years of experience in the dredging industry, I know that customer success depends on maximum efficiency and control of operational costs. With our Parts Management Program, we focus on optimizing business operations. Not only the effective management of spare parts is essential to ensure uninterrupted operations, but also (preventive) maintenance is important to keep machines in top condition. Together with the customer, we identify the needs and requirements, resulting in a customized maintenance plan. "In everything we do, the customer comes first.
I have over 20 years of experience in Equipment Engineering, R&D, Product and Project Management and Sales Engineering in the heavy machinery industry, such as dredging equipment, drilling rigs and oil exploration support vehicles. Selecting the most appropriate and efficient equipment or dredge pump for the task is my passion. Finding the optimal balance between technical specifications, equipment cost, operational efficiency and ease of maintenance is crucial in my role when advising customers, focusing on their requirements, wishes, goals and limits.
